Do I need internet to bill?

No. Billing, KOT, stock and reports work without internet. Internet is needed for WhatsApp bills, table-QR ordering on mobile data and automatic updates.

Which computer and printer do I need?

Any Windows 10 or 11 computer, or a Mac. Rasoi works with the thermal bill printers cafés already use, 58 mm or 80 mm, and a separate KOT printer if you have one. The kitchen screen runs on any tablet or phone.

Is my data safe?

Your bills stay on your own computer, and Rasoi makes an automatic backup every day. You can export all your data at any time. Your data is yours.

Do you take a cut of my sales?

No. UPI payments go straight to your own UPI ID or bank account. You only pay the plan price.

Will Rasoi keep getting better?

Yes. New features arrive as free updates that install by themselves, with no reinstalling and no lost data.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. Upgrade any time and pay only the difference for the rest of your plan. Everything you've entered stays.
